What do you like most about your job?

I joined Painters USA because of the company’s best in class commitment to its employees and customers.  This is not hyperbole; PUSA walks-the-walk. I like that my job is directly linked to the growth of our people and our customer base.

What is your favorite job throughout your lifetime?

I wouldn’t say there is a single favorite job, however the theme in my career has been building teams of talented people who are passionate about the profession of selling.  

What makes you happy?

I am most happy in business when a person I recruit fits the company culture like a glove, and thrives in their job.  Additionally, I get a lot of pleasure when a seasoned salesperson reaches new heights, and gives some attribution to the impact of my coaching.

What do you like to do for fun, as a hobby, or special interest?

I love game night with my family, a good laugh with friends at a nice restaurant, 18 holes, a great movie, and drawing or oil painting.

Tell us something interesting  or extraordinary about yourself.

I’m competitive.  My wife wanted me to try yoga and I refused. Knowing that I have no flexibility in my legs, she bet that I couldn’t touch my hands to the floor without bending my knees. That’s all it took, and I was there to show her differently.  Nameste!  (ˈnäməˌstā)
