Concrete Base Removal and Replacement
Concrete almost always has a hard job to do. It is, after all, concrete, and a lot is asked of it.
After being exposed to caustic chemicals, a concrete base under one of our client’s tanks completely deteriorated. Being far beyond the point where repairs could be possible, our concrete division, Redimere Surface Solutions, began by completely removing the worn out surface.
With the old base out of the way, we set our forms and got to work. Since time was certainly of the essence, we used a quick-setting concrete. In a short amount of time, the fresh base was complete and ready for use.
