All of our employees at all of our divisions have the opportunity to climb our career ladder by signing up for classes to further their knowledge in various painting & flooring techniques. That means our crews at Redimere Surface Solutions are getting the latest & greatest in process training & product applications.  Recently, 4 employees completed our Foreman 40 class (pictured above, left to right are Jesus Navarro, Fred Van Horne, Lucas Miller, and Ricardo Cruz).

At all Painters USA locations, all Foreman-in-Training participate in extensive classroom and practical training before they are certified in the role of Foreman.  Our classroom portion includes 40 hours of work in the areas of Leadership, Quality, Safety, Technology and Production taught by our Operations and Training managers.  The practical training includes documented management of 500 project hours working with a mentor foreman, and a minimum of 1500 crew hours managed.  Each project is reviewed and certified by our Operations Team to ensure the Foreman-in-Training is meeting or exceeding company standards of project management.
