Scope

• Add a company color stripe around perimeter of warehouse & add accents to ceiling joists
• Our long time client, a manufacturer in the suburbs of Chicago, contracted us to update the interior of their warehouse by acenting the space with company colors.

Process

1. Properly clean all qualifing surfaces by hand using Industrial Strength Bio-degradable Simple Green, Scotch-Brite Non-Abrasive Scrubbing Pads, Terry Towels, and Microfiber Towels to remove all existing contaminants.
2. Properly mask off all adjacent areas to protect from overspray
3. Spot Prime Stained Discolorations that remain post cleaning process with Kilz Waterborne Stain Blocker
4. Properly apply 2 coats Semi-Gloss Stock White via Airless Sprayer
5. Conduct a post-job walk through with the client to inspect all work.

Results 

• By adding a simple stripe around the perimeter of the area & sparse accents to the ceiling, we were able to subtly introduce the company colors into the area, taking it from plain to modern.
• Our client's satisfaction with the completed project further solidifies our relationship and has led to other projects throughout their facility.
