Scope of Work
- Surface Sandblasting: Sandblasting the surfaces to expose bare, healthy metal.
- Rust Inhibiting Primer: Application of a rust inhibiting primer to create a protective base layer.
- High-Temperature Urethane Coating: Application of two coats of high-temperature urethane for enhanced durability and resilience.
Intense Surface Preparation
To prepare the surface, we used sand blasting to remove all of the peeling paint and rust to ensure that the metal was in the best possible condition for the new coating.
Protective Coating
We applied a rust-inhibiting primer, followed by two coats of high-temperature urethane, known for its ability to withstand extreme conditions, to provide enhanced protection against future flaking and corrosion.
