Requested Maintenance
Over the past 15 years, the facility's upkeep had been largely neglected, making it a prime candidate for major maintenance and renovation. Our mission was clear: remove more than a decade of accumulated grime and neglected surfaces and transform the warehouse into a bright, clean, and usable space. Not just cosmetic improvements, but actionable steps to prepare the facility for regular maintenance in the future.

Scope of Work
- Initial Preparations: Covered floors and machinery to protect them during the cleaning and painting phases.
- Ceiling Treatment: Utilized brushes, vacuums, and blowers to remove thick layers of dust and loose previous coatings from the ceiling.
- Covered sprinkler heads with aluminum foil to prevent contamination.
- Painted the ceiling in multiple sections using Valspar’s Industrial Semi-Gloss paint.
- Wall Treatment:
- Washed walls thoroughly using a degreaser followed by a low-pressure rinse.
- Painted cleaned walls with Corotech’s Pre-Catalyzed Waterborne Epoxy in a semi-gloss finish.
- Overhead Doors: Cleaned manually and applied two coats of heavy-duty industrial enamel with a gloss finish.
