Totaling over 44,000 square feet, the project required extensive interior painting to breathe new life into the workplace.
Requested Maintenance
The focus was to remove outdated wallpaper, repair drywall, and apply fresh paint to create an inviting and modern office space. The scope of work included:
- Removal of old wallpaper
- Drywall repair and replacement
- Priming and painting of new and existing drywall
- Painting of doors, frames, window lights, and a section of drywall ceiling

- Wallpaper Removal and Surface Preparation:
- Removed old wallcoverings and performed pole sanding.
- Applied primer and skim coat for a flawless finish, followed by sanding and additional priming.
- Drywall Repair and Painting:
- Patched, repaired, and replaced sections of drywall as necessary.
- Primed and painted the new drywall.
- Applied two coats of paint to all walls, spanning over 43,912 sq. ft.
- Detailed Painting:
- Painted 67 doors and frames with two coats each.
- Painted 19 window lights.
- Painted a 200 sq. ft. section of drywall ceiling.
