Scope of Work
- Aggressively sanded floor to remove adhesive residue from previous tile installation
- Filled cracks, chips and imperfections with epoxy flash patches
- Used 30 grit diamond heads to thoroughly remove the existing coating
- Progressed through 60 grit, 100 grit, 400 grit and finally 800 grit diamond heads for a smooth, polished finish
- Applied an antimicrobial concrete densifier to ensure a contaminant-free surface
- Finished by polishing the floor for a shiny, aesthetically pleasing finish
