Facility Description
The project was carried out at the Shell Catalysts & Technologies facility in Michigan City, Indiana. This site is crucial for the development and manufacturing of catalysts and additives essential for gasoline production, reflecting Shell's commitment to innovation and sustainability within the energy sector.
Requested Maintenance
The facility required comprehensive safety upgrades, prompted by the need to address specific safety issues. This included the painting of all facility doors, safety railings, guard rails, and bollards, along with the application of stencils and the hanging of multiple large signs throughout the premises to ensure clear safety communication and compliance.

Scope of Work
- Painting of 150 doors, 50 bollards, and numerous guard rails across the facility to demarcate safety and restricted areas clearly

- All areas of the plant were meticulously marked for safety to meet Shell’s high standards for workplace safety and regulatory compliance
