Being able to improve a process or system. I am always looking for ways to enhance the efficiency and flow throughout the organization.

I’m doing what I love, operations in a construction environment as well as process improvement.

Being able to have an equal work / life balance.
What do you like to do for fun, as a hobby, or special interest?
- I spend as much time as possible with friends and family

I am all about change… There is always a better more efficient way to do things. I am always looking for the next thing to make a system better.
